The 19-year-old son of Knicks head coach Isiah Thomas has been busted for underage drinking after getting punched out in an Indiana bar, according to the Daily News.
Joshua Thomas, a student at the University of Indiana, was arrested early Tuesday after he went to a Bloomington hospital to be treated for a swollen eye.
Thomas allegedly became belligerent when hospital staff called police, who began questioning him about the injury he received while allegedly drinking in an off-campus bar with a fake ID.
"This is bullshitt," Thomas allegedly screamed at a police officer.
According to a police report, Thomas appeared to be "extremely intoxicated with bloodshot eyes [and] slurred speech."
When he refused orders to calm down, Thomas was arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, illegal consumption of alcohol and being a minor in a tavern.
On the way to jail, Thomas vomited and passed out in the police car.
The incident began about 11 p.m. Monday when Thomas was drinking at the Kilroy's on Kirkwood bar in downtown Bloomington.
Thomas told cops he was at the bar when an unidentified man asked him if he was gay. When Thomas answered "no," the man hit him in the eye with either his fist or a beer bottle.
Bar bouncers quickly separated the men and threw out the attacker, police said.
The teen is also a record producer and a deejay, who goes by "DJ Zeke," a reference to his father's nickname.
