Song of the Week
"Life on Mars" - David Bowie The inspiration for the title of one of my favorite new shows. "Life on Mars," the show, returns to ABC tonight, and "Life on Mars," the song, is often deftly woven into the storyline.
Anyway, just recently, someone mentioned to me that Bowie has 2 different eyes, which I had never noticed. The eyes prominence in this video makes me think that one of Paul's Laws of the Universe was at work.
Some dickbag punched him the eye. The guy was wearing a ring and it permanently fucked up Bowie's eye. Most people think he eyes are two different colors, but actually his left eye (the injured one) has a pupil that is permanently dilated, giving it the illusion of a different color.
But it makes me even happier that you are starting to appreciate the Powers of the Universe.
The Universe obviously wants recognition because today at work I was swapping stories with other believers about these unexplained phenomena.
This actually just happened again. The other night, after watching a horrid SNL....I thought to myself "What ever happened to G.E. Smith". Very random. 2 days later, I get a friend request from my cousin on facebook...and he has a video posted of GE Smith and Eddie Vedder at a Bob Dylan Tribute...crazy.
Never heard this...a little weird.
