And Billy Can Climb Through the Window
The house where the Matthewses lived in Boy Meets World is for sale.
It's listed for $1.29m and it's actually is Studio City, California, not Philadelphia, which increases the value exponentially.
Unfortunately, because real life is not a television show, on the inside it looks nothing like the house were Cory and Eric grew up. Those rooms were of course sets on some lot at a TV studio.
But it would still be cool. If Billy were able to kick half a mil, and move to California, I'm sure were could get 300k JLeary.

No Wonder Eric and Jack Fought Over Her
If you remember the final season of "Boy Meets World" you will recall that Jack and Eric welcomed a hottie-hot-hot, tall, red-headed roommate named Rachel Maguire played by Maitland Ward.
We haven't seen very much of Ward since then. Until now. When we saw almost all of her.
Ward wore an incredibly hot sheer dress to a movie premiere.
Question: do you think she had to wax her pussy to wear this?
If so, what did the old Korean lady think of the 4-leaf clover tattoo that seems to be positioned just to the right of her happy place?

Boy Meets World Meets Samuel L. Jackson
Another brilliant segment from "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon"
Here is Samuel L. Jackson doing a slam poem about "Boy Meets World" and perfectly summing up the entire series in 3 and a half minutes:
I wonder if Samuel L. is a BMW fan, if not he really practiced and studied this because he got everything perfect including the inflection on the "Fee-nay" call.

I Don't Remember Getting Older, When Did They?
The producers of "Girl Meets World" posted this picture, the "Boy Meets World" cast then (1996) and now, 17 years later.
First thing that jumps out is that Mr. Turner is not there. He's not dead. He's just not relevant to this spinoff and probably wasn't willing to be in the picture and go home without getting paid.
Other things I noticed: Topanga looks great. Shawn and Eric look like brothers. Feeny looks very old. Amy hasn't aged a bit. What the fuck is on Alan's head? It looks like he took Turner's mullet and bleached it then slapped it on his head.

The "Boy" is Back
I am at once delighted and apprehensive about the news I heard today, confirmation of a rumor that surfaced a while back.
Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have officially signed on to play Cory Matthews and Topanga Lawrence-Matthews in a Disney Channel pilot.
The show would be called "Girl Meets World" and it would be from the point of view of their daughter, 13-year-old Riley.
Note: Cory and Topanga graduated high school in 1998. Meaning they were born in 1980. They would be 33 in 2013. That means they would have had a baby when they were 20, which seems kind of young.
There's no word on whether Mr. Feeny will still be teaching at John Adams High School when young Riley enrolls.
Or if Uncle Eric and best friend Shawn will be involved.
All we know is that Billy, Jleary and I have very high hopes for this series. But I'm a little nervous that this show will be written for 13-year-old girls. And considering I couldn't relate to 13-year-old girls, when I was a 13-year-old boy, not sure the show will appeal to me now.
But either way, I will be watching.
