Reporter Has a Stroke Live on TV

Serene Branson of KCBS in LA is doing a live report from outside the Grammys when she starts speaking jibberish.

"A very very heavy burtation. We had a very darrison..."

I expected her to fall over and the open for House was going to roll.

Not sure if she actually had a stroke, the station is not giving an update on her medical condition.

Be honest: did you laugh?

I was so hysterical I was crying.

It sure looks like some sort of vascular incident. Threw a clot or ruptured a cerebral vessel.

wow, surprised at your reaction. I didn't laugh. She definitely suffered a stroke or medical incident of some kind.

It's like laughing at someone who slips and falls on ice. Yes, there is potential for injury but the more immediate reaction is humor because it's so shocking.

But the update is, she is fine. She didn't even go to the hospital and the station says she is fine.

I didn't laugh, because it seems like she didn't even know it was happening. Normally, they realize they goofed, and crack a smile or something. But her not having a clue just kinda made it weird, and not funny.
