Of course the announcers made apologies for him. Coach K said it was an accident. But everyone else who saw it says he looked intentional.

Disclaimer: I went to Duke and am an unabashed Blue Devils' fan. I concede that a Dukie bloodying Hansbrough's nose in the final seconds of an imminent UNC win in Chapel Hill looks absolutely awful, and I hope TH is ok.
That said, I absolutely did not think Henderson's play was intentional. If you watch the slow-motion replay, his body clearly turned mid-air toward the ball so as to deflect it. If he had been trying to rough up TH, his body would've gone full force toward Tyler, and would not have redirected itself to follow the basketball.
Billy Packer, who hates Duke more than even you appear to Paul, repeatedly said he felt the play was not malicious and that the referees were out of line for ejecting Henderson. And I concur.

Meh. I don't totally think that it was intentional. But I do totally think that Dook sucks arse.
