Song of The Week

"Sorry Blame It On Me" - Akon
This is Akon's apology to his wife, his mother, his fans, Gwen Stefani.
But it doesn't sound very sincere. Maybe he means it when he's sorry for hurting his wife (he has 3, so I doubt it) and I bet he does mean it that he's sorry he hurt his mother, but he takes no responsibility for the other stuff.
Saying "it's not my fault, it's your fault, but blame me anyway" is not a sincere apology.
But it's a decent song.

Yeah, this song bugs me because he's not really apologizing. I don't like his attitude!

the girl he took on stage was in a 21+ club....can't fault him too much there

It was actually an 18+ club according to what I read...not what Akon says. But his behavior was not appropriate for a woman of any age...he is married. Plus, he should have looked at her and seen there is no way this girl is 18 or 21 (if he really thought it was 21 and over) and used his better judgment.

just cause someone looks young doesn't mean they are...take it from me, I still get carded to do everything and I'm 29

Yes Jay you do look young for your age which is still 28. But that is why I would suggest that anyone who intends to dry hump you on stage look at your face and decide it's possible that you are underage (no matter what club you are in) and dry hump someone who can grow facial hair (or looks a little older) instead.
