Before the knee-jerk reaction consider this: there's a lot of dead money in this tournament, a lot of dumb, hot chicks whose boyfriends staked them. Maybe Epstein is just trying to make some money. Or maybe he's protesting the inherent unfairness of exclusionary tournaments.
Consider that before you vote on whether a guy playing in the Ladies Tournament is Funny or Douchey? You may also need to view this one as more of a "Douchey/Not Douchey" since it's not inherently funny because as I mentioned earlier, he didn't dress in drag.

I voted douchey. If he did something like this to sincerely protest the unfair exclusionary practices I'd respect that alot more. But from your description it seems like he's basically a dickheaded opportunist who perceives weaker competition and will sacrifice his dignity/reputation to try and make an easy buck.
Did he at least win the tourney?
I voted douchey because he wasn't making a stand about gender discrimination. He didn't do it to meet chicks. Nor was he being humorous about it. He entered simply because he thought the field was juicy.
He picked up $13,701 for his 9th place finish. That was his first career live cash.
He even was ridiculed by the tournament director.

(crowd boos)

"He's single and unemployed. No surprise on either count."
