I am not just picking my favorite song from a particular year. I really have no criteria except it be a song I like. Some years the choice is obvious. Some years I like to throw a curveball. I want to switch up genres and not make it R&B hits through the ages. But this song was so big and so great I didn't even look at the rest of 1992's top songs.
