Apparently this is a mandatory activity for inmates at the Cebu prison. They think it reduces violence among the inmates.
They also do a routine from Sister Act.

That is so far beyond strange, I dont even know what to say. My very first thought was "holy crap....i can't believe i let a woman into the middle of all of this"...which made it even funnier when I saw the dudes face.
Totally weird....totally awesome.
