Barack Obama and his wife Michelle brought the fist bump to the mainstream with their celebratory pound after he clinched the Democratic nomination.

It should be known that Mrs. Poop and I always fist bump (but we do a 3-step top, bottom, bump version), because she finds it better than hugging or kissing me. We may have even bumped fists in the delivery room after Chase was born.
