The Most Disturbing Video You'll See All Day

78 year old Angel Torres is crossing Park Street in Hartford, Connecticut when he gets mowed down. Watch carefully what happens, two cars, evidently chasing each other cross the double yellow line into the lane of oncoming traffic. The first car misses Torres, the second doesn't have time to react, and plows into him. Both cars take off and turn down a side street.
But what happens next is even more disturbing. He lays there for almost a minute before someone comes to help him. One driver actually made a U-turn rather than help out a fellow man.
There's a guy sprawled out in the street! Do something!



Torres is paralyzed from the neck down.
The driver who ran him over is still at large.
And the people who ignored him can't even be prosecuted under a Good Samaritan law.
