Ryan McFadyen has been suspended from school for his involvement in the Duke lacrosse player stripper scandal. Police found an e-mail written by him later on the same night of the alleged rape.
"Tomorrow night, after tonight's show, I've decided to have some strippers over… However, there will be no nudity. I plan on killing the bitches as soon as [they] walk in and proceeding to cut their skin off while cumming in my Duke issue spandex."
Also the coach of the team quit and the school canceled the rest of their season.

Seams like a reference to the book American Pyscho by Brett Easton Ellis. I think is most probably bad timing, but I don't believe the person should be thrown out of the school as the a private university is supposed to be a private forum at encourages free speech and not like a private company, where you are expected to censor controversial statements.
With respect to the actual scandal, lest we forget that strippers who don't get paid often claim rape--e.g. St Johns stripper scandal.
Jesus.
I think they said that he was suspended from school for safety reasons. Probably a smart move.
Where's the entire email Paul? If that's the worst of what he said, then that's sad because there were far worse things said at the Kliq than this.
1) That is the entire e-mail, minus a request that people RSVP.
2) Only the government guarantees free speech. Private institutions are allowed to censor speech they find to be distasteful, hateful, inflammatory, etc.
3) The story is that he was suspended for his own safety. Unlikely, but possible considering the racial tensions surrounding the case.
As I stated, Duke is a "private university" that is "supposed to ...encourage[sic] free speech." I did not say guarantee it. Private institutions of higher learning hold themselves up to a much higher standard then corporations whose purpose is to generate revenue.
