The Victor Conte of Harness Racing

The Daily News has an article about harness racing horses from a particular stable whose performances have dramatically improved. Of course, it turns out they were using performance enhancing drugs. I post this article because of the quote in the last paragraph. Some of you may have heard that name before. Derick Giwner is my brother-in-law, the Daily News' go-to guy when it comes to harness racing.
