NASCAR driver Kurt Busch, frequently ridiculed for his dumbo-esque ears that flap in the breeze had surgery to have them pinned back this off season.

Even though he wears a helmet inside a car, he insists that it was purely to reduce wind resistance and not for cosmetic reasons.
Nascar officials are checking to see if this violates any official rules.
